Connect ChiroTouch to PatientCopilot so AI texting, voice, and recall work off live ChiroTouch data.

What the integration does

Two-way sync between ChiroTouch and PatientCopilot. PatientCopilot reads patient lists, appointment status, and visit history to power AI texting, AI voice booking, and recall campaigns. New appointments booked via PatientCopilot write back to ChiroTouch.

Setup steps

  1. Log into ChiroTouch and generate an API access token from Settings → Integrations.
  2. In PatientCopilot, go to Integrations → ChiroTouch and paste the token.
  3. Select which appointment types should be bookable via AI voice and chat widget.
  4. Run the initial sync (typically 5-15 minutes depending on patient list size).

A 3-doc chiropractic practice on ChiroTouch was losing 12-15 calls per week to voicemail.
